I am fostering a sick un-neutered male dog until he gets better. I already have a female dog and a male dog (Both fixed). The foster dog gets along great with the female and he has not been showing aggression towards the male. My male dog however has tried to attack him several times and I have to keep them separated which is causing stress on them as well as me. I know that male dogs don’t always get along but if anyone has any tips from similar situations I would really appreciate it.

When my dog is outside or inside, she will bark when other dogs bark or hears loud noises. When she is outside and the neighbor’s dogs are just lying in their own yard, my dog will just look at one in particular and bark and bark. Sometimes, it seems she barks to just hear herself bark. I have gone outside and put my hands around her mouth and say “No Bark” and sometimes I make her come inside for awhile. It seems to work sometimes … she does not like the hands-on effect nor does she like to come inside while the other dogs are outside. However, there are times when she is barking outside and I’m inside and I’ll call her name and say “No Bark” and she’ll stop for awhile … until I have to make her come inside. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

I have a lot of traffic in my home. One of my 3 dogs barks every time someone comes in. I’ve tried shock collars and spray collars. Both worked for a short while, but she started barking gain. This dog has been through training, and minds well except for the barking. I’m at wits end.
I might add I run a business out of my basement. People walk in so I am not with the dogs. They are behind a gate that, even though they could, they don’t jump, but one of them does all the barking. What to Do?

I have a 4 year old Maltese he never had a problem barking at our old house. Since we have moved there is a dog over the fence that barks and so my dog barks back constantly and paws at the fence. I have to physically prise him away from the fence when I go out to tell him off otherwise he does not listen to me. I would like to teach my dog not to bark even if the other dog does.
